You should say:
- what the activity is

- why you enjoy doing it with your family
and explain how this activity strengthens your bond with your family.
Sample Answer:
One activity I enjoy with my family is having a weekly game night. We gather in the living room every Friday evening to play board games or cards. We started this tradition a few years ago and always look forward to it. I enjoy game nights because this allows me to spend quality time with my family, create memories, and bond over the shared experience. We laugh, compete, and enjoy each other’s company. It’s a fun way for us to communicate and work together as a team. We learn how to be good sports whether we win or lose. We also get the chance to have meaningful conversations and strengthen our connection. Our weekly game night helps us feel closer as a family and brings us a lot of happiness.
